Olympic Tent system

The tent system from Olympic Tent, Tacoma, Wash., combines 18-oz. vinyl tent top fabric with the company’s frame system engineered to meet or exceed structural and local code requirements. The company says the system reduces the number of parts needed, reducing installation time to save on labor costs.

The 6-ft. Bella portable bar from P.R.E. Sales, San Diego, folds flat to be transported by cart, van or truck. The side panels and middle shelf are hinged and the top shelf can be lifted off. The formica laminate comes in several colors, including white, black, black marble and walnut with the edges finished with C channel aluminum.

Built on casters, the Professional Bar can be used for bartending or catering service. Custom graphics can be added to the bar’s removable panels and the panels can be back lit with LEDs.

The X-Tent portable and inflatable tent from Vitabri Canopies Corp., Huntington Beach, Calif., comes in three sizes, including 10 ft. by 10 ft., 13 ft. by 13 ft. and 16 ft. by 16 ft. The company says the 270-sq.-ft. X-Tent can be set up by one person in no more than five minutes, will resist to winds up to 45 mph and is made without any hardware.

The Ovation™ dance floor from McCourt Manufacturing, Fort Smith, Ark., combines laminate flooring with a Cam-Lock system for indoor and outdoor use. The dance floor also features GatorBack™ and the panel back are spray sealed to improve traction and resist moisture, the company says. Color options in stock include windsor oak and light oak, but dance floors can be made available in any color option.

TopTec Event Tents tent series

The Epic tent series from TopTec Event Tents, Moore, S.C., has a batwing design to simplify installation and reduce labor costs, the company says. The sculptured tension shape also is designed to eliminate flat corners and reduce water damage. Each Epic tent is reinforced with 12,000-lb.-rated support webbing.

The FV-750 indirect-fired heater from Flagro USA, provides 130-degree Fahrenheit temperature rise at 7,000 cfm. The 750,000-Btu heater has a return air duct inlet that allows for recirculation of warm inside air and/or pressurization of the building as desired. A single-phase or three-phase power supply operates both the burner and fan motor. It includes integrated forklift pockets and lift points.

The Pro Griddle portable outdoor griddle from Crown Verity, Brantford, Ontario, Canada, is designed to cook high volumes of product quickly, the company says. The griddles are made of 5/16-in. cold rolled steel and have stainless-steel splash guards and a removable stainless-steel grease tray. The griddles are available in sizes ranging from 30 in. to 72 in. of griddle space. Optional barbecue grates can convert the griddle for use as a charbroiler.

Special Event Sales pop-up tents

The pop-up tents from Special Event Sales, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, are available in black, blue, red, yellow and white. The tents also meet the CAN/ULC S-109 and NFPA 701 flame retardant codes and the company says improvements made to the legs have made them stronger with cast steel weights and a welded-on foot. Wall-hanging VELCRO® is attached to the top lining to enable an air-tight connection betwen the tops and the walls, the company says.

Edison bulbs from RSS Distributors, Manheim, Pa., are strung from black cords and work well with the vintage/rustic look that is popular in weddings and events, according to the company. RSS offers numerous shapes and sizes of bulbs, mostly rated at 40W. The bulbs have a standard US E26 base, but will work in both E26 and E27 sockets.
