Bandit Industries track carrier
The Model 3750 track carrier from Bandit Industries, Remus, Mich., rides on a CAT® 315 undercarriage with 800-mm-wide pads and has a ground pressure of 3.9 psi. The 3750 can have up to 275 hp, features an 84-in. Bandit-designed forestry mower that can mulch up to 72 in. high and an interchangeable 40-in.-diameter stump grinder wheel. In addition, the operator’s cab includes a six-way adjustable seat, electronic controls, rearview cameras, on-board audio systems and full climate control. The cab tilts forward for access to hydraulic systems and maintenance.
Custom Equipment scissor lift
The Hy-Brid HB-1430 low-level scissor lift from Custom Equipment, Richfield, Wis., can handle jobs up to 20 ft. high and has a platform that is 25 in. by 60 in., with a 30-in. slide-out extension for extra platform length. The lifts can handle up to 670 lbs. and the extensions have a maximum capacity of 250 lbs. Features include dual front wheels, two 12V deep-cycle batteries to power the electrical drive and steering system, and a self-contained hydraulic system with two connection points. The lift has a full-swing access gate and a 25.3-in. entry height, offering easier access to the platform, the company says.
Doosan Portable Power air compressor
The XHP1000 portable air compressor from Doosan Portable Power, Statesville, N.C., has a free air delivery of 1,000 cfm and comes standard with dual pressure regulation, allowing it to supply compressed air at operating pressures of 365 and 250 psi. The company says the compressor meets Tier 4i emission regulations and measures 16.9 ft. long, 6.9 ft. wide and 8.3 ft. tall, and is 18 percent smaller than the Tier 3 model. The XHP1000 compressor has a hot ambient capability of 120 degrees Fahrenheit with a low-ambient option providing start and operation to -18.4 degrees Fahrenheit with start aids, and to 14 degrees Fahrenheit unaided.
The MQ POWER Tier 4 final DCA25SSIU4F and DCA45SSIU4F WhisperWatt generators from Multiquip, Carson, Calif., are fully lockable, sound attenuated and come in a weather-resistant e-coat painted steel housing. Both units have a spill-containment design, control panel displaying engine functions and real-time electrical output, and an automatic start/stop control. Features include a covered distribution power panel with three-phase terminals and single-phase receptacles; a four-cycle, direct injection, turbocharged, air cooled Isuzu® diesel engine; and 24-hour operation at full load without interruption with the units’ extended fuel tanks.
CEAttachments brush cutter attachment
The EDGE® 3-pt. rotary brush cutter attachments for compact utility tractors from CEAttachments, West Bend, Wis., have an 11-gauge steel beavertail-style rear deck panel and two heavy-duty ½-in.-by-4-in. blades, mounted to a stump jumper pan. The rear assembly has three height settings, between 1 in. and 11 in. The cutters also have shear-bolt driveline protection, side skid shoes, and front and rear chain shielding. The rotary cutter attachments require 20 to 40 hp, and are available in 60-in. and 72-in. cutting widths.
The 13-21T-13H 4-in. chipper from Dosko, Rogers, Minn., is powered by a Honda GX390 recoil start engine. The portable,
belt-driven, gravity-fed chipper has a reversible double-edge cutting knife, can chip a 4-in.-diameter log and fit through a
32-in. gate. Measuring 54 in. high, the discharge chute can be directed into the back of a truck or trailer. The chipper features a heavy-duty belt tension system to tighten the belt to engage the 21-in. flywheel and has 15-in.-tall tires as well as a fold-down handlebar. An optional lawn and garden/ATV hitch is available.
