Rita Wiscaver

Rita Wiscaver, 69, of Milton, Fla., died Nov. 28, 2012. Wiscaver was co-owner of General Rental Center of Milton and had served on the ARA of Florida board. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Pineview United Methodist Church, 1400 Pineview Church Road, Jay, FL 32565.
