BilJax by Haulotte Group, Archbold, Ohio, has launched a new look for its website,, designed to make it easier for users to browse the site. The company says the facelift for the site is the start of the company’s plan to offer more instant online information. BilJax also is encouraging customer and industry feedback, and invites visitors to submit any comments that could improve the browsing experience. The company says it has plans to add application photo contests, information availability, and a sales and service locators map to the website, which currently has an eStore and allows BilJax dealers to order literature and branded merchandise.

CNH Parts & Service, Racine, Wis., the product support arm of CNH, has introduced a smartphone application to allow CNH’s farm and construction equipment customers throughout North America to find and order CNH original parts anywhere at any time. The mobile applications are smartphone versions of My Shed™ and My Yard™ fleet management tools that allow equipment owners to manage, organize and store equipment data online. The applications allow users to look up parts and create pick lists for their specific equipment models that they can submit directly to their local equipment dealer from any smartphone. The My Shed™ and My Yard™ mobile applications are available as free downloads from the Apple Apps Store or Android Google Play. To access web versions of the My Shed™ and My Yard™ applications, CNH customers throughout North America can visit the Partstore at the Case Construction Equipment, New Holland Construction, Case IH, New Holland Agriculture or Kobelco websites.
