A total of 1,010 people attended A.R.A.'s Denver Conference and Product Showcase Aug. 29-31. That number represents 425 delegates from 242 rental stores and 554 exhibitors from 167 suppliers. Another 31 visitors attended the show.

Show highlights included tours of area rental stores, a two-day trade show and management training and manufacturers' product training seminars. The social agenda included a western-themed welcoming event at the Denver Center For The Performing Arts, an A.R.A Insurance Services-sponsored golf tourney and a final dinner at an area country club. A meeting of A.R.A.'s incoming local and state presidents preceded the conference.

"A.R.A.'s two annual city conferences continue to fulfill the educational needs of A.R.A. members seeking the chance to learn from targeted educational offerings and exposure to rental industry suppliers' products and services," said Jim Irish, A.R.A. executive vice president. "A.R.A. members from every region of the country traveled to Denver to take advantage of our conference seminar programming, which focused exclusively on the rental owners' most critical need - effective employee training. As long as there is a need to learn in this industry, the city conferences will benefit hundreds of rental companies every year with timely, first-class seminar programming unavailable in other venues."
